  • 1 Cup oat flour
  • ½ Cup FITCRUNCH vanilla whey protein powder
  • ½ Cup Coconut flour
  • ½ Tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp salt
  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract

Optional, to add FITCRUNCH collagen peptides for added protein


    • Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls and then combine.
    • Cook in sprayed waffle iron.
    • The mixture will be fairly thick!
