Cheddar Crusted Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tenders


  • 6-8 Chicken tenderloins, thawed
  • 1-2 Bags FITCRUNCH cheddar protein puffs
  • ½ Cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1-2 Tbs Garlic salt
  • 1-2 Tbs Parsley

Optional ranch dip

  • Greek yogurt
  • 1 Packet Ranch seasoning
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH collagen peptides


  • Combine all ingredients except chicken in food processor and blend.
  • Dip thawed chicken tenders into flour, then dip into 1-2 beaten eggs, then dip in cheddar puff breading.
  • Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes until breading is crispy and golden brown.
