Cinco de Mayo Protein Taco

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Pancake Mix
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH® Cinnamon Twist Protein Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 FITCRUNCH® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar
  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, FITCRUNCH® protein powder, egg, water and coconut oil together. 
  • Take about 4 tbsp of the pancake batter and thinly spread it out on a griddle. Cook the pancake until the batter begins to bubble and then flip it. Leave it on the griddle for another 2 minutes.
  • Repeat step 2 until all the batter is gone.
  • Take one pancake and lay it flat on a plate. Decorate the pancake with pieces of the FITCRUNCH® bar, ice cream, caramel sauce and sprinkles.
  • Fold it up like a taco and enjoy!
