  • 1 Tsp Coconut oil
  • 3 Tbs Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Egg whites beaten
  • ½ Tbs Vanilla extract
  • ¼ Cup Kodiak Power Cakes
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH Cinnamon Twist whey protein powder
  • 1 Tbs Walden Farm’s Pancake syrup
  • Dash Cinnamon


  • Place coconut oil in glass mug and melt in microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Spray mug with cooking spray and whisk in milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Add Kodiak cakes and protein powder and syrup.
  • Sprinkle coconut sugar and cinnamon on top and swirl with a knife through the batter.
  • Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream. Enjoy warm!
