Dark Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 Tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Bag Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH® Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

  • Add 2 tsp of coconut oil and the bag of chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and melt.
  • Divide the melted chocolate into two different bowls. Put one bowl aside, we will use this one later. Take the other bowl and coat the bottom of a cupcake baking cup with about 1 tbsp of melted chocolate. Repeat until all cups are filled. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  • While the chocolate is hardening, combine the peanut butter, FITCRUNCH® protein powder and 1 tsp of coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and melt.
  • Add 1 tbsp of the peanut butter mixture to each cupcake baking cup. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
  • Add the other half of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter mixture. (If needed, place the melted chocolate in the microwave to reheat).
  • Freeze for an hour and enjoy!
