Double Chocolate Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH® Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ Cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Handful of Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Combine and mix all dry ingredients besides the chocolate chips together in a bowl (Almond Flour, Coconut Sugar, FITCRUNCH® Protein Powder, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Salt).
  • In a separate bowl, combine and mix all the wet ingredients together (Coconut Oil, Maple Syrup, Almond Milk and Vanilla Extract).
  • Transfer the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix.
  • Roll the dough into meatball sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9 minutes at 350°F.
  • Once done baking, allow the cookies a few minutes to cool. Dunk in milk & enjoy!
