FITCRUNCH Peanut Butter & Jelly Popsicles
There is nothing like an ice cold popsicle on a hot summer day!
- Add 2 heaping scoops of FITCRUNCH Peanut Butter Whey Protein Powder in 8 ozs of water in a shaker cup. Close and have you kids shake away!
- Partially fill the popsicle mold with the peanut butter protein. Insert the wood sticks through the silicon lids and seal the molds. Freeze for one hour.
- Partially fill the popsicle molds with the grape juice. Cut the FITCRUNCH Protein Bar into thin slices. Place a slice in each. Freeze for one hour.
- Partially fill the popsicle molds with remaining peanut butter protein. Freeze over night or at least 8 hours.
- Remove the popsicles from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for a few minutes before releasing the mold.
