FITCRUNCH Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Chewy peanut butter protein cookies that are the perfect
treat or snack when you have a craving! So, let's get baking. Mmmkay!






Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1 heaping scoop FITCRUNCH Peanut Butter protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Raw Honey
  • 1 FITCRUNCH 88g Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Bar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray nonstick spray on two cookie sheets.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients together in a small bowl and gently mix into dry ingredients.
  • Form dough into small balls, place onto prepared cookie sheets and press them down.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, until lightly browned (but don’t over bake). Let cool and enjoy!
  • OPTIONAL: Cut FITCRUNCH 88g Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Nar and place on top of each cookie.
