FITCRUNCH Piña Colada Popsicles


Stay cool with these easy, delicious protein popsicles fit for the whole family!


  • 2 Packets FITCRUNCH Piña Colada Protein
  • 16 Oz. water
  • 2 TBS coconut oil
  • 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • 1 Can pineapple rings


  • In a blender or shaker cup, mix (2) FITCRUNCH Piña ColadaProtein packets and water until creamy.
  • Pour and divide up the Piña Colada Protein mix into your popsicle molds.
    Optional: Cut pineapple pieces and place into the molds for added texture and taste.
  • Freeze for (4) hours or overnight. ­
  • When ready to serve, make the chocolate coating.
  • Toss the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Heat in 20 second bursts, stirring in-between, until chocolate is fully melted.
  • When ready to serve, make the chocolate coating. Dip each pop and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  • Place them on a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  • Refreeze for 20 minutes.


Pro tip: For easy popsicle removal run cold water on the popsicle molds.
