  • Cut each bread slice into small cubes and place in a loaf pan.Once the casserole is done baking, pour the protein frosting on top and enjoy!
  • In a shaker cup, combine 2 scoops of the FITCRUNCH® protein powder and a ½ cup of milk. Pour the mixture over the bread.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon powder on top and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F.
  • While the French Toast Protein Casserole is baking, prepare the protein frosting. Combine 1 scoop of the protein powder and ¼ cup milk in a bowl until fully combined. Slowly add the milk to the protein powder until it is your desired consistency.
  • Once the casserole is done baking, pour the protein frosting on top and enjoy!
