Frozen Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Raspberry Jam
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH® Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 FITCRUNCH® Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar

Instructions

  • Place a spoonful of raspberry jam on a parchment paper lined pan. Continue until all the jam is gone.
  • In a bowl, combine the FITCRUNCH® protein powder and milk. Stir until the mixture is a peanut butter consistency.
  • Drizzle the protein powder mixture on to each piece of jam, making it a peanut butter and jelly bite.
  • Cut the FITCRUNCH® bar into square pieces and place one piece on each bite.
  • Freeze for 3 hours and enjoy!
  • Store any leftover pieces in the freezer.
