Holiday Who-be What-ee Protein Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH® Milk & Cookies Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Agave
  • 1 Crushed FITCRUNCH® Milk & Cookies Protein Bar
  • A Handful of Fresh Raspberries
  • Green Sprinkles (optional) 

Instructions

  • Combine the yogurt, FITCRUNCH® protein powder and agave in one bowl.
  • Evenly spread the yogurt mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Add the crushed FITCRUNCH® protein bar, raspberries and sprinkles on top.
  • Place in freezer for 3 hours (or until hard).
  • Use a knife to carefully break the yogurt bark into pieces & enjoy!
