Lemon Cake Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 Whole Lemons
  • Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH® Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 FITCRUNCH® Lemon Cake Bar
  • Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions

  • Cut each lemon in half (lengthwise to resemble boats).
  • Use a spoon to scoop and remove the pulp.
  • Put the lemons aside and start creating the lemon pudding.
  • In a bowl, combine the Jell-O mix, FITCRUNCH® protein powder and milk.
  • Pour the mixture into the lemon halves and place in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • Once your pudding is ready, cut the FITCRUNCH® bar into square pieces. Place a piece on top of each pudding.
  • (Optional) Add some fresh mint leaves for garish.
