Ingredients

  • 1 Ready-to-use graham cracker crust
  • 2 Boxes lemon instant pudding mix (do not prepare)
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Serving FITCRUNCH vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4-5 FITCRUNCH lemon cake protein bars, chopped
  • Cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tbs powered sugar

Instructions

  • Combine lemon pudding mix, milk, lemon juice and protein powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until pudding is thick.
  • Spread into the prepared pie crust.
  • Add a layer of chopped lemon cake protein bars.
  • Beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • About 5 minutes.
  • Layer whipped cream on top of the chopped protein bars.
  • Sprinkle remaining chopped protein bars on top of pie.
  • Chill in the fridge until ready to serve!
  • Add FITCRUNCH collagen peptides to the pudding mixture for added protein
