  • Cups Kodiak Buttermilk mix
  • 1 Serving FITCRUNCH vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 Tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Cup melted coconut oil
  • 2-4 Tbs lemon juice depending on flavor preference
  • ½ Cup Almond milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs Poppyseeds


  • Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together the wet ingredients.
  • Combine the dry and wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in the poppyseeds.
  • Cook in heated waffle iron.
  • Top with 1/2 of a FITCRUNCH lemon cake protein bar.
