  • 1 ¼ Cup honey
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Cup FITCRUNCH collagen peptides
  • 1 ½ Cups fresh lemon juice (6-7 lemons)


  • In a saucepan over medium heat make a simple syrup using lemon zest, honey, collagen peptides and water.
  • Stir constantly.
  • Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Set aside too cool.
  • Combined cooled simple syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice than pour through a strainer.
  • Place mixture in freezer in a shallow dish and scrape with a fork every hour until frozen.
