Ingredients

Cookie Layer

  • 1-⅓ Cup Almond flour
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH collagen peptides
  • Cup Erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • ½ Tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Cup Butter, softened
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla extract
  • Cup Chocolate chips

Brownie Layer

  • 2 Serv FITCRUNCH Chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 Scoop FITRCUNCH collagen peptides
  • ½ Cup Erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa powder
  • ½ Tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbs Butter, softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbs Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Combine cookie ingredients in one bowl and brownie ingredients in another bowl.
  • Can be cooked in a greased 8x8 pan or cast iron skillet.
  • Spoon cookie mixture and brownie mixture into prepared baking dish of choice.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes.
