  • 2 Packages of mini graham crusts
  • 1 Cup of strawberries
  • 2 Tbs of coconut palm sugar
  • 8 Oz. of Neufchâtel cheese
  • 16 Oz. of Greek yogurt


  • Combine strawberries and coconut sugar in a food processor until well pureed.
  • In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add protein powder and greek yogurt.
  • Divide the yogurt filling between the graham cracker crusts.
  • Add strawberry sauce on top and swirl together with a knife.
  • Place in freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with whipped cream and more sliced strawberries if desired.
