  • 2 cups Old fashioned oats (160g)
  • 4 tbsp Reduced fat creamy peanut butter (68g)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar free syrup (60ml)
  • 2 tbsp Ground flax seed (15g)
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/4 cup Raisins (40g)


  • Mix together peanut butter and syrup in large bowl
  • Combine protein powder, oats, flax seed, cinnamon, and salt in separate bowl
  • Stir in peanut butter mixture
  • Add in raisins
  • Refrigerate dough to make it easier to work with
  • Roll into balls
  • Store in refrigerator or freezer long term
