No Bake Protein Samoa Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dates
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla FITCRUNCH® Protein Powder
  • 1 Bag Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions

  • Add the dates, FITCRUNCH® protein powder and shredded coconut to a food processor and blend.
  • Roll the mixture into meatball sized balls and flatten into a circle.
  • Use chopsticks and poke a hole into the middle of the cookie.
  • Freeze the cookies for 10 minutes.
  • Place your chocolate melting wafers in a microwave safe bowl and melt.
  • Dunk the bottom of the cookies in the melted chocolate and then drizzle more chocolate on top.
  • Place on the freezer for 20 minutes & enjoy!
