Pumpkin Protein Bread

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH® Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Stevia
  • ½ Cup Pure Pumpkin
  • Cup Pumpkin Oat Milk
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar Stevia
  • Pumpkin Ice Cream 

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the flour, FITCRUNCH® protein powder, stevia, pure pumpkin, pumpkin oat milk, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and top with brown sugar stevia.
  • Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  • Top with pumpkin ice cream and enjoy when warm!
