  • 3 Scoops FITCRUNCH Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder
  • Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Can 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 Container Cool Whip
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 Can Whipped Cream


  • Add the protein powder to a bowl.
  • Continuously stir while slowly adding almond milk to the protein powder.
  • Add until the mixture is frosting consistency.
  • Add the pumpkin to the mixture.
  • Stir until fully mixed.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip.
  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours.Top with whipped cream & enjoy!
