  • 1 Cup Kodiak power cake mix
  • 1 Serving FITCRUNCH vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1-¾ Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 Tbs Coconut oil melted and cooled
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Cup Raspberries


  • Whisk dry ingredients together in large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
  • Combine and stir until just combined.
  • Gently stir in raspberries and coconut.
  • Cook in a sprayed waffle iron.
  • Enjoy with berries, syrup, nuts, chopped FITCRUNCH bars, etc.
