Snowflake Protein Sugar Cookies

  • 1 Package Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH® Milk & Cookies Protein Powder
  • 1 Tub Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 3 Drops Blue Food Coloring

  • Thoroughly mix the sugar cookie dough with the FITCRUNCH® protein powder.
  • Roll out the dough onto a floured surface until ¼ inch thick.
  • Use a snowflake cookie cutter to cut your cookies.
  • Carefully transfer your cookies onto a parchment paper lined oven pan and bake for 350°F for about 15 minutes (or until golden brown).
  • While your cookies are cooling, prepare your frosting by warming it up on a stovetop or microwave until a thick liquid consistency.
  • Pour the frosting onto a plate and add the blue food coloring. Note: use one drop of food coloring on three different spots on the plate, totaling three drops of food coloring.
  • Use a toothpick and swirl the food coloring until it looks like a tie-dye design.
  • Dip the top of the sugar cookie into the frosting.
  • Place on a cooling rack and let the frosting harden overnight.
