Triple Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ Cup Egg Whites
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH® Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the mashed banana, cocoa powder, egg whites and FITCRUNCH® protein powder.
  • Add the baking powder and peanut butter to the bowl and mix.
  • Pour the batter into a muffin tin and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes.
