Tropical Yogurt Bark


  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 Crushed FITCRUNCH® Chocolate Coconut Almond Bar
  • Optional- Decorative Sugar Shells


  • Evenly spread the yogurt on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Add the crushed FITCRUNCH® protein bar, sliced almonds, shredded coconut and sugar shells on top.
  • Place in freezer for 3 hours (or until hard).
  • Use a knife to carefully break the yogurt bark into pieces & enjoy!
