Upside Down Protein Puff Pastry Treat


  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH® Cinnamon Twist Protein Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Sliced Banana
  • Puff Pastry


  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and FITCRUNCH® protein powder together.
  • On a parchment paper lined pan, sprinkle a line of the protein mixture in each corner of the pan.
  • Add pieces of the sliced banana on top of each line. Drizzle honey on top.
  • Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles. Place each rectangle on top of each pile.
  • Bake the treats in the oven for 15 minutes at 375°F.
  • Allow the puff pastry treats to cool and enjoy!
