Instructions

  • Cut 4 FITCRUNCH® wafer bars in half the long way.
  • Add a layer of Cool Whip to the bottom of a parchment paper lined loaf pan.
  • Top with 4 pieces of the FITCRUNCH® bar and add another layer of Cool Whip.
  • Repeat step 3.
  • Place the loaf pan in the freezer for 5 hours.
  • While the icebox cake is freezing, use a food processor to blend the other 2 FITCRUNCH® bars into crumbs.
  • Once the cake is frozen, sprinkle some wafer crumbs on top and enjoy!
