Pumpkin Protein Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Can 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
  • Cup Sweetener
  • ½ Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan.
  • Bake for an hour.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top!
