Milk & Cookies Frozen Yogurt Waffle Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pancake Mix
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH® Milk & Cookies Protein Powder
  • Cup Water
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Scoops Cookies & Cream Frozen Yogurt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (expect for the frozen yogurt).
  • Heat a waffle iron (we recommend using a Dash Mini Waffle Maker) and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Add about ¼ cup of batter to the waffle iron.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes, then carefully remove from iron. Repeat until you finish the batter.
  • While the waffles are hot, sandwich the frozen yogurt between two waffles and enjoy!
