Frozen Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Jell-O French Vanilla Instant Pudding Packet
  • 1 FITCRUNCH® Chocolate Coconut Almond Bar
  • 2 Cups Cold Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust

Instructions

  • Whisk the instant pudding mix with the cold coconut milk.
  • Cut the FITCRUNCH® bar into tiny bite size pieces.
  • Add the shredded coconut, sliced almonds and FITCRUNCH® bar to the pudding mixture. Stir until fully mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Slice, add some whipped cream and enjoy!
