Protein Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH® Milk & Cookies Protein Powder
  • Bag of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the blueberries, Greek yogurt and FITCRUNCH® protein powder.
  • Place clusters of the blueberry mixture on a parchment paper lined pan.
  • Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip the frozen blueberry clusters into the melted chocolate.
  • Store in the freezer and enjoy!
