Ingredients
1cupOats ground to flour (80g)
1scoopFITCRUNCH Vanilla Milkshake Whey Protein Powder (16g)
1cupCanned white Beans (drained and rinsed) (130g)
1/4cupSugar free Maple Syrup (60ml)
1/2tbspVanilla
Spinkles
3/4packetsSweetener to taste
Instructions
Grind oats to flour in blender or food processor (or use ready-made oat flour)
Drain and rinse beans
Puree beans, syrup, and vanilla (add a little water if needed to blend smooth)
Add flour, protein powder, and sweetener to bean puree
Add sprinkles to dough
Refrigerate dough so it’s easier to work with - if dough is too sticky add a little more flour
Roll dough into balls and place on parchment paper (10-12 bites)
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to let set
Store uneaten treats in fridge or freezer long term
