Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats ground to flour (80g)
  • 1 scoop FITCRUNCH Vanilla Milkshake Whey Protein Powder (16g)
  • 1 cup Canned white Beans (drained and rinsed) (130g)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar free Maple Syrup (60ml)
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla
  • Spinkles
  • 3/4 packets Sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Grind oats to flour in blender or food processor (or use ready-made oat flour)
  • Drain and rinse beans
  • Puree beans, syrup, and vanilla (add a little water if needed to blend smooth)
  • Add flour, protein powder, and sweetener to bean puree
  • Add sprinkles to dough
  • Refrigerate dough so it’s easier to work with - if dough is too sticky add a little more flour
  • Roll dough into balls and place on parchment paper (10-12 bites)
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to let set
  • Store uneaten treats in fridge or freezer long term
