Ingredients
2scoopsFITCRUNCH Vanilla Milkshake Whey Protein Powder (32g)
1cupOats ground to flour (80g)
4tbspFat free cream cheese (56g)
1tbspMelted unsalted butter
2tbspCoconut sugar (8g)
Splash of milk
Instructions
Grind oats to flour in blender or food processor (or use ready-made oat flour)
Mix together protein powder, oat flour, cream cheese, butter, and coconut sugar
Add a splash of milk if necessary to combine ingredients
Add chocolate chips to dough
Refrigerate dough so it’s easier to work with - if dough is too sticky add a little more flour
Roll dough into balls and place on parchment paper (10 bites)
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to let set
Store uneaten treats in fridge or freezer long term
