  • 1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH Chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 Scoop FITCRUNCH collagen peptides
  • 3 Tbs Rolled oats
  • 80 Gm Frozen banana
  • 1 Tbs Cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbs Powdered peanut butter
  • 6-8 Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Top with unsweetened coconut flakes and chopped FITCRUNCH bar
