FITCRUNCH vanilla whey protein powder

Cup
Coconut flour

cinnamon

unsweetened almond milk

very ripe banana

Tsp
vanilla extract
Optional, to add FITCRUNCH collagen peptides for added protein
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls and then combine.
Cook in sprayed waffle iron.
The mixture will be fairly thick!
