Taco Waffle

Ingredients

  • Cups flour
  • 1 Serving FITCRUNCH collagen peptides
  • 1 Cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 Tsp sugar
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 2 Cups buttermilk
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup light oil

Optional Toppings

  • Taco meat
  • Ground turkey
  • Ground beef
  • Shredded pork cheese
  • FITCRUNCH protein cheddar puffs
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Sour cream
  • Hot sauce

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine flour, collagen peptides, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Add the buttermilk, eggs and oil.
  • Whisk to combine well.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
