Ingredients

  • 1 Apple, Diced
  • 2 Scoops FITCRUNCH Vanilla Milkshake powder
  • 1 Cup Milk or substitute with vanilla almond milk
  • 2 Cup Ice
  • Tsp Apple pie spice
  • FITCRUNCH Apple Pie protein bar – Optional

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except toppings in a blender and mix until smooth, thick, and creamy.
  • Top with whipped cream and FITCRUNCH Apple Pie bar pieces and serve immediately!
