FITCRUNCH Cinnamon Twist whey protein powder

Cup
Coconut flour

Baking powder
⅔
Cup
Unsweetened applesauce
Dash
Nutmeg
Dash
Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Bake for 10 minutes.
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into donut pan.
Brush donut with melted coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
