Pre-heat oven to 325 Fahrenheit.
Whisk together the protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, apple pie spice and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the coconut sugar and stir to combine.
Whisk together the applesauce, apple cider and eggs in a medium bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until combined.
Whisk in the coconut oil.
Spray two 6-count nonstick donut pans with nonstick spray. Use a spoon to divide the batter among the 12donut molds.
Bake, rotating the pans halfway through, until the donuts are light golden brown, about 15 minutes.Remove the donuts to a cooling rack to cool, about 15 minutes.
